Every time i order possibly 5 ir 6 occasions i get an email saying the delivery would be delayed delivery time longer than advised when placing the order leading to me having no heating fir days......

I do apologise for the delay in receiving your order, normal delivery schedule is 5-7 working days and in extremely busy periods delivery's can take slightly longer yours was delivered on the 10 working day.
As you can appreciate in these uncertain times, things are changing very quickly from day to day. We are still working and aiming to get the delivery out as soon as we can.
