I do apologise for the driver not tipping them in your bunker, it doesn't actually state to tip in the bunker and the driver wouldn't tip them unless he had clear instructions to do so. Has you can appreciate if he had have tipped them and you didn't want them in that would be a greater mess to sort. I can add permanent instructions on to your account to avoid this happening again.

All the coal is stored outside at the depot and is a little unavoidable that it will get wet, only surface water and will burn as it should one the fuel has dried out. Recommend to let the fuel dry first before burning either in the fresh air when its dry or in a bucket by the fire.
