Always simple to order, online or telephone and orders usually arrive quickly.
Always kept updated on delivery and driver puts coal directly into bunker.
Price is reasonable too.
Coal4u are a brilliant company, the only drawback is the delivery firm palletways who have lost a tonne of coal and learnt today they have lost another one for someone else
Charcoal is decent quality, and mostly large lumps without much dust. Burns well and is good for long slow cooks, much better than the average bbq grade stuff,. Great price and prompt delivery.
Easy to order from there website at a fair price and good delivery time would use again

Apart from a very busy period i never have to wait for my delivery very long.
My bags of coal are delivered to my shed which is very helpful too and much easier for me to handle.
