Your books were ordered on the 16/11/17 for you, you were informed that the textbooks would arrive within 8 working days. We also let you know that there would have been a delay with one of your textbooks as we wanted to provide you with the up to date textbook. You were also provided with your log in details 15 minutes after enrolling so you were able to start working through your course till your textbooks arrived.

I am however sorry that you feel that you have wasted your money but we have met all requirements.
