Great service and brand, just regret that UK is not anymore in EU and shipping is now under import controls that makes costs and time for delivery not as before.
A week after ordering I still haven’t received the item

Hi, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have been in contact with Royal Mail and they have been hit with Covid quite badly all across the U.K and this is affecting most of the 24 and 48-hour deliveries.
Your order was sent out on the 4th using our basic delivery service which means we are on day 4 of the 3-5 working days which we normally allow. If your order still hasn't arrived by the end of this week please do give us a call.

It was good products however the website kept glitching and I ended up paying postage twice because some of my order was not included in the initial purchase.
