Ordered online, delivery by FedEx was not acceptable. FedEx tracking stated pkg was delivered left at door. LIES...pkg was left in lobby with no notification able to be stolen by any passerby. I pay...

Arms are in the way of sitting against the back. No matter how I tried I was always sitting 8-10 inches from the back. The only reason it wasn't returned is I realized if I cut the the right arm...
