I can see you have contacted customer care and they have issued a replacement ink out to you. Please lease let me assure you that we pride ourselves on quality and satisfaction of our products. If its less than perfect under our three year warranty we can replace or refund no quibble. Again, I am truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
