The delivery is handled by a third-party provider and is outside of our direct control, however, we completely understand that this does not excuse the lack of communication you experienced from them. Up until the delivery day, everything from our Carparison team appears to be on track with a short lead time so it is sad to hear the handover did not meet the standard we aim to uphold. I have sent you an email directly regarding the car not being cleaned prior. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers and we’ll be passing your feedback to the relevant parties to ensure it’s taken seriously and improvements are made. Thank you for your 4* feedback Thomas. We are pleased to hear you found the leasing process easy and our team at Carparison were efficient in keeping contact clear & concise for you. With regards to the delivery fee, unfortunately this was out of our hands. The dealers use transport companies who have self-employed employees who will do their upmost to keep the car in good condition, valet it before delivery and drive from different locations across the UK so the £135 delivery helps to cover fuel and the services provided as well as the delivery drivers time. After reviewing your account, it seems it only took under 3 weeks for you to receive your car which is brilliant! I hope you enjoy your new car and have many happy trips. 😊
