The worst service ever
worst customer service ever - not even 1 star. I will write complaint to the BBB. The person I spoke to would not listen to what I was saying, she just sent my info to 100 places and my phone now...

So far, so good
The representative listened well and seemed to made good recommendations based upon what she heard me say. I only did 4 stars because I still need to explore the recommendations and make a decision.
