If Camino Ways offer a service that includes 24 hour helpline then the helpline should be available 24 hoiurs 7days a week. In our experience it is not.

If the line is busy (which can happen particularly on busy periods), the reservations team will always call back. If this didn't happen, we'd like to hear more from you.
