Dear Matthew, thank you for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your trip feedback. We are disappointed to hear the tour didn't live up to your expectations. We work on many Camino routes and organise accommodation and services along those trails, so walkers can stay at manageable intervals. Unfortunately it is not possible to stop for the night every few kms as services and hotels might not be available. However, we have added 'split' options where possible. If you would like to email us some additional details on how you think tailoring could be improved, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing your trip feedback, James. We generally getting out of Porto by taking a metro out to Maia, to avoid the city suburbs. Markings in the city can be a bit challenging indeed.
