Dear Emer, thank you for travelling with us. We are glad you enjoyed the route and the overall Camino experience. We are disappointed to hear you didn't enjoy the accommodation booked, we try to book the best option for each package (standard, superior, country cottages) taking into account location as well as services provided. Some of the towns, however are quite small and during busy periods availability can be limited. Of course, staying in hostels or booking directly will always be cheaper but we do think we offer good value for money, considering all service bookings are done by our team on an individual basis and we have a 24/7 support number for any issues arising during the trip.
