Initially I had a problem with wrong item. This was remedied by Customer services who arranged collection of wrong item and delivery of new one next day. Excellent communication with Ceri.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that the alarm set was not to your liking. These are very popular and the feedback has been very good. With regard to your email to us regarding the price difference, we did reply and price matched this for you, and issued a refund of the £10 difference, the transaction for which you should be able to see in your PayPal account.
