Overall service was good. Had to call about the backordered GTX reel and was disapponited to hear that it had been back in stock two days but had not yet been dispatched. However they did dispatch that day with next day delivery when requested. Change out of too large Greys GTX reel was very smooth and quick process.
Not the cheapest on the web but I do like the fish tec products. I did find the day shelter I bought more difficult to put up than the " seconds or so " described.
