Thank you for your feedback and having checked the notes on your booking we can see that you requested to be near to another booking. Unfortunately this was a request and we are simply not able to guarantee requests. We do our best but it is not always possible to comply. We are sorry if this was not explained clearly enough and we have taken the opportunity to pass your feedback to our Reservations Manager so we can do more staff training on this point.

Thank you for your feedback although we are disappointed to read your comments and low score which is out of kilter with the majority of comments from past guests. We note you booked on a voucher offer. We have checked the original advert and it did clearly state the location was four miles from Padstow so this shouldn't have been unexpected. We have no reception staff on site and our housekeepers attend empty villas when we have a changeover so we are a little confused as to your comment about staff being rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. We have checked the logs for the villa in which you stayed and there was one incident around the time of your stay where a strange smell was reported and we reacted by putting bleach down the sink and cleaned out the dishwasher. Since that time we have not had any other report of bad smells so we can only assume it was a one-off.
