You're correct in saying that the product has now been discontinued by the manufacturer and unfortunately we have now sold out of the product ourselves. Had you contacted us after realising the item wasn't in perfect condition we could have checked our stock and sent you out a replacement if we had one available, or discussed any other options that would make the situation any better for you.
