I'm sorry that you have rated our service so negatively, however it doesn't sound like there is much more we could have done to improve your experience with us. We appreciate customers make mistakes, we do make it as obvious as we possibly can on the web pages you're referring to which nets and handles are compatible and which are not. It sounds like you were expecting us to cover the cost of your mistake, which as a small business and in this current climate is just not feasible. I'm sorry you won't be ordering with us again as a result of that.
