Thank you for your feedback. We try and make your expected delivery date as clear as possible. We put this at the checkout stage in brackets next to the different delivery methods, so you can see on what date your order will be delivered based on what delivery method you select. We also put this date in your confirmation email. On top of that, we also have all of our delivery methods, timescales, cut off times etc listed in the delivery information section on our website. Your order was placed at approximately 4.30pm on Friday 18th March. Therefore, the delivery date shown at the checkout and in your confirmation email will have been 22nd March. This is because the cut off time for same day despatch is 2pm and we do not despatch on weekends, which is all outlined in the delivery information. We appreciate not everyone reads that, which is why we provide the date at the checkout to avoid any confusion. I am really sorry if you missed this, I'm not sure what we can do to make it any clearer but we are open to any suggestions! I'm sorry your order arrived later than expected.
