Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I'm very disappointed to see that you feel your experience of Boori has been negative. This certainly isn't what we want for our customers and we can only apologise that on this occasion due to an increase in orders for this particular product, we were unable to meet our usual high standards of service. Once again I'm very sorry to hear your order was delayed, if you'd like to discuss your experience further please don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer services manager via 01635 295 670. Our collection of cots, including the Turin Cot, are crafted from sustainable solid wood. This, coupled with their environmentally-friendly finish is what makes them such fantastic value. If you feel your product is faulty, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Best wishes, Rebecca

Problems with fit of sheet over matching size mattress protector.

Fine, no problems but not the quickest online order service.
