Hi Jessica. Sincere apologies on this one! We have totally dropped the ball here on our expected standard. Looking at your enquiry it looks like your gmail account has automatically pulled info about the booking and used the address and then given the business name incorrectly which is something out of both of our control and very confusing (scrolling down away from the gmail automatic stuff you can seen the correct info). Our staff quickly re sent your confirmation email expecting this would give you the info you needed, however they absolutely should have followed up with a personal email to explain this all. So I'm really very sorry we dropped the ball on this ... not at all up to the standard we expect of ourselves/ our team, so again I'm really sorry you didn't receive a personal reply on this one!!
