First hotel in Wengen was of poor quality both food and accommodation.However the other two hotels in Zematt and Chur were excellent. Several persons on the tour had mobility problems with the train...

We do note in our tour terms and conditions and itinerary for Switzerland Glacier Express that a good level of mobility is required for this tour, and we are always willing to talk through the finer details with anyone thinking of booking, however we will look at how we can make this information clearer going forwards.
