I am sorry that you were unhappy with your stay and that there was a delay in spare bedding.The pool is open all year throughout the season but all our other facilities are open during high season, from Easter to September.I am also sorry that you found the Reception staff to be unfriendly and can assure you should you consider returning we will ensure that these matters are addressed.
