We are truly committed to our customers happiness and we take feedback like this very seriously, therefore I know that our Dundrum Store Manager was in touch with you since. I know that she went through the pricing on your receipt and explained that the monitor you got was more expensive than the original one you wanted and that’s why there was a price difference of the €20. We also are sorry to hear that our discount on the receipt was confusing for you.
Once again we want to apologise for all the inconvenience caused and we would like to assure you that Bella Baby truly care about all of our customers and did not in any way want to make your experience with us an unpleasant one.

Can I just confirm, I spoke with the store manager who resolved the issue with the overcharging for the monitor. However, I still had to return to the store and also at the time when purchased we were offered this at €99 as there was a sale (and was advised this price would be honoured if it went up) and then were charged €119 last week, not because it was more expensive so there was no confusion on this from our side. It is a stressful (and expensive) time for new parents and parents to be and just hope that it does not happen to anyone else in the future.

Many thanks for your feedback. I am very happy to hear you were delighted with the service in store however I would like to say in relation to your delivery that this is not the norm. I can assure you all orders should be packaged as privacy and discretion is paramount here in Bella Baby. In your case, this has not happen and I would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
