I can see that you had been dealing with Stephen and he had offered you some compensation on wait on your order arriving in. We can also have a look into seeing if there is another bedframe you would be interested in.

No Stephen was the 1 who tried to resolve the issue, there was no bed frame at all available so maybe if dreams where honest instead of giving false information on dates etc maybe they wouldn’t get bad reviews, I was told a date and had no bed after that date, I was offered £150 and then told the bad news is it’s delayed to the middle of March, I had to pay £600 for a chiropractor because of the way I was sleeping so the £150 and another month delay wasn’t ideal

Excellent customer service very knowledgeable and helpful salesman Delighted that I was able to buy a bedframe at very reasonable price and have it delivered within 4 days!
