Recenzje sprzedawcy Barnes Coaches

Thank you for your feedback and for travelling with us on several occasions. Some of our trips are operated as split-destination tours to help ensure we have enough bookings to run the coach and avoid the disappointment of having to cancel a trip altogether. We appreciate that this can mean different amounts of time at each destination, depending on the itinerary. All destinations, timings and collection arrangements are clearly advertised on our website before booking, allowing customers to choose the option that best suits them. We value your comments and hope to welcome you on board again soon.

Thank you for your lovely review and for your kind comments about both the coach and driver. We're sorry that the air conditioning failed on such a hot day, but we're pleased that our compensation gesture was appreciated. Thank you also for your feedback regarding the walk from the coach drop-off point - We'll certainly take this on board when reviewing the information we provide to customers. It's great to hear you enjoyed the tour, including your time by the river in Windsor. We really appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you on another Barnes trip soon.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. It's great to hear the driver was friendly and efficient and that you found the coach clean and comfortable. We'll certainly look at adding more trips like this in the future. We hope to see you again soon!
