Recenzje sprzedawcy Barnes Coaches

Thank you for your feedback and for travelling with Barnes Coaches for many years. We truly appreciate your continued support and are sorry to hear that your recent experiences have not met your expectations. To help ensure that tours remain viable and avoid cancellations due to low passenger numbers, we sometimes design certain excursions so that destinations close to one another can operate together. While this can occasionally mean additional drop-offs or collections en route, it allows us to run a wider range of trips and reduce the likelihood of cancelling tours because of insufficient bookings. We understand that time at your chosen destination is important. For this reason, all advertised departure and return times are published on our website in advance, allowing customers to see how much time will be available at each destination before booking. We are sorry that you felt your time in Bridgnorth was not sufficient to enjoy everything you had hoped to see. We do take customer feedback seriously and will certainly bear your comments in mind when planning future itineraries. Thank you again for your valued custom, and we hope to welcome you on board again soon.
