Mixed quality

One of the tracksuits was really high quality, one was much lower quality with a rip in the seem on the leg. It’s a shame because some of the tracksuits we’ve bought from this firm last really well...

Hi Jeremy, Sorry to hear this. I have now investigated this and can see it was HERMES who refused to deliver and sent this back to us. I can reprocess this to be sent out to you today. We now use Royal mail so no more issues should arise.
