Hi Grant, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your order was delayed. I have looke di nto this and I can see that the reason this order was delayed was due to the address being input incorrectly when you placed the order. As we do not see the customers address due to this automaticallly syncing to our couriers platform this is not picked up befor being despatched form us. Due to this I can see that thsi was returned to the sender. I can see that you have also now contacted us and the address has been updated and the order resent out to you.
