Dear Guest, I am sorry that you feel disappointed by our delivery. Christmas is a very busy period as I am sure you appreciate. Due to a large portion of our stock being at Olympia Horse Show there was a slight delay in the dispatch of your item as we do our best to dispatch items on the same day wherever possible. I have checked and can see that the item was delivered on the 14th of December at 3.17pm which is 5 working days, not out with the 2-5 service you requested.
