A fun way to spend an afternoon.

Good food and good variety of experiences. The wine tasting at the beginning and end were good experiences. The opportunity to hear from the creators of the food was enlightening.

Dear client, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read you are not fully satisfied with the gondola experience. The gondoliers are part of the gondolier's association - what we book is a 30 min ride and this is what they should provide. We will notify the association about your feedback and will ask them to ensure the rides last the advertised amount of minutes. Presumably you didn't contact our office on that day? We could have intervened right away when you were still at the gondola station. Can you recall gondolier's name or perhaps have a pic with him?
