Dear client, thank you for your feedback about our Private Ghetto and Cannaregio tour in Venice - the tour duration is 2 hours so of course our guides try to include first of all the main highlights rather than just concentrating on th history since not all customers are the same. In any case it is always possible to discuss with the guide at the beginning of the tour if you have any special requirements as to the tour contents. Dear Laura, thank you for your feedback about our Original Venice walk. Our guides are all knowledgeable and English speaking since we run tours first of all for customers from abroad so of course English is the main language on the tours. All guides are local, many of them Venetian so of course they will not have the American accent however it seems the tour went well all the same. Thank you for touring with us! Dear client , thank you for your feedback about our combo tour combining walking tour of Venice and a gondola ride. The walk lasts 2 hours which is the standard tour duration in Venice. If you toured in May this is peak season with lots of tourists so obviously locations are crowded and the guides need to keep the pace of the tour in order to show you all that is advertised as included. Perhaps in your case a private tour would have been a better option. We recommend always contacting the suppliers prior to booking a tour in order to ensure you are selecting the option that most suits your plans.
