Sadly because of the no free returns policy when I wanted to send this dress back I had to pay £7 to guarantee safe return . Customer services said they don’t do free returns to encourage considered...

The product never turned up. I chased it only to be told it was something to do with royal mail. The refund was quick but without the delivery cost which I had paid and had to ask for that. Really...
