Not great on the basis there are not enough people answering the phone!
The phones are not answered and I queued for over 20mins then cut off! I resent paying for postage and returns cost £11 for delivery and return other companies Boden and Bella di Notte make it easy...

Amazing clothes, gorgeous fabrics and prints, and really friendly and helpful staff. I also really like the great ethics which makes buying their beautiful dresses even more rewarding!

Disappointed
I have only given one star because I had to return the dress and then the refund takes far too long for them to refund. So I will never buy from them again! Which is disappointing for me.
