Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you were unhappy with the packaging of your order and with your one year old maiden Quince tree that you ordered. Having reviewed your correspondence with us there is no mention of the poor packaging so we are not able to comment on your particular issues. We have a very experienced team of packers who take pride in ensuring all orders are packaged so as they can be safely delivered by courier. We are sorry that you were disappointed with your maiden Quince tree. As advised in our previous correspondence from Tuesday 7th March, maiden trees are trees in their first year and will have received no formative pruning, as this only happens in their second year. We have some excellent videos on our website which show how you undertake all the pruning for your one year old maiden tree to become a half standard fruit tree. They can be found following the link below. Once you have pruned your maiden tree as per our instructions your tree will then produce the branches you are looking for. https://www.ashridgetrees.co.uk/planting-films We value your feedback as a customer, please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further assistance.
