We are unable to find any correspondence from you regarding your plants during our year long guarantee period. We are sure you will appreciate that there has to be a time limit on our guarantee. We do go to considerable lengths, on our website and in our communications with you, to encourage immediate complaint if there is a concern regarding your plants when they are received or during their first growing season so we can resolve any issues promptly. Unfortunately as you notified us after your guarantee period had passed we were unable to offer free replacements. Whilst we understand that this is disappointing we have offered to set up an order for replacement plants at our wholesale prices. Please contact us at support@ashridgetrees.co.uk quoting Feefo in the subject line and we will be pleased to help.
