Thank you for your feedback. We can see that when you placed your order it contained plants that were due for delivery during different planting seasons. Your bareroot rose needed to be despatched during the bareroot season and your Lavender plants are due to follow in May, once the risk of nighttime frosts are over and the soil has warmed up. We therefore split your order advising that you would receive your plants at the right time for planting. Confirmation of both parts of your order was sent to you by email confirming the delivery timescales. You have not contacted us by email and you have not commented in this review if you were unhappy with the quality of the rose you received. We are very sorry to hear of your concerns about your plants. We have checked our records and are unable to find any correspondence from you regarding the quality of your plants. On the 27th March, we did email you stating that delivery would be in the next fortnight, and this timeframe was met, with dispatch on 3rd April.
