Recenzje sprzedawcy Ashridge

We are sorry that you were not happy with the speed and clarity of our delivery times. We can see that your order was placed on 15th May, and we emailed you within 10 minutes of placing the order, explaining that the order would be despatched as soon as possible that month or in early June. We then despatched the order on 30th May immediately after the bank holiday weekend, as we would not have wanted to risk your plants being in transit any longer than needed. This was in the timeframe stated on the day the order was placed.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with your plants. We have checked our records and are unable to find any correspondence from you regarding the quality or size of your plants on arrival. We would very much like to help resolve any concerns you may have with your plants and if you would like to contact us at support@ashridgetrees.co.uk we will be pleased to help you. It would be helpful if you can please quote Feefo in the subject line and include some photographs of what you have received. You are a valued customer and look forward to hearing from you so we can rectify this for you.
