Quick delivery , reasonable cost . Plants looked unpromising but revived . There was a guarantee if I had chosen to return them.

Thank you so much for your fair review and feedback, I'm glad the plants pulled through: Lychnis is a trooper! Since your purchase, we have simplified our range of herbaceous perennials to ensure higher quality by focussing on collections of plants that are both popular and easy for us to grow well.

Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry that you were disappointed with both our response and your plants. From your photographs and your original email we can see that your plants are very healthy. Once the roots have been teased away your herbaceous plants will grow well in their new home. Please come back to us should you have any concerns during this first growing season. Best wishes Ashridge Nurseries

The best lavender there is!

Excellent service. Easy ordering, prompt despatch when the plants were actually ready to be lifted and transported. They were well-packed and arrived securely and safely, in very good condition.
