I m basing my feedback on this order only - in the past service has been excellent - however the order I placed on the 26th March has not arrived and I have received no communication about it.

Having chased by email, I received an email saying that it was ready for collection. My Husband picked it up and brought it home. When I got the box out of the bag I could see it had previously been opened. I opened it and found that it had been used - it was dirty with food flecks on it - and it was broken. My Husband will now have to make another trip to the store to return it. I have always used Art of Living because I thought the service was excellent but this experience has been dreadful. I don't expect to have to chase to find out if it is ready for collection and then to be given a used, broken return is appalling service.

Thank you for posting your comments about the Vitamix PRO750 and we're so pleased you're enjoying it! We think it's an amzing machine too. Regarding the jug,I have to admit when I first saw it was 'plastic' I was surprised too; I also thought it would be glass. However having witnessed a fully grown man standing on the jug (yes, really! We saw it at a Vitamix demo in one of our high street shops) I now have no doubts about its durability and quality. Regarding the lid retaining smells we will pass this on to Vitamix and see what their comments are. You could perhaps try using a solution of white vinegar and water OR one of baking soda and water in the cleaning process and see if that helps? Kind regards Jakki Art of Living Cookshop
