I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with your pan and we will be very happy to give you a full refund if you return the pan to us. We offer what we consider to be an unbeatable guarantee which covers any product bought by our customers, used or unused. We have had many requests from people who would love to see this pan made in a larger size which we have passed on to Silverwood, the manufacturer. No results as yet but we hope they will take this on board and come up with a larger pan one day!
