As your consultant has explained to you, the end client had only given us limited information and their needs also changed from the initial specification they had provided to us, something we were not made aware of.
Your consultant was under the impression that you understood we had no control over this and accepted this was out of our hands. We are sorry if you were not happy with the services provided by ARM but we do feel we did our best with the information provided to us.

Helpful and friendly service
Even when I was in the middle of the Pacific Ocean they managed to organise a telephone interview for a job we was successful and has lead to a face to face interview when I arrived back in the UK.
