Adam and Amy are just so efficient I could not keep up . Adam not only follows up on what he says he will but ensures you are prepped for the interview and if listended to has the knowledge to get the candiate through the interview process

Great service from day one through to me being offered the position and beyond.
My only comment is that more attention should be given to e mail commas. Twice I was sent emails with incorrect information in them. The first instance was second interview confirmation that...

We really appreciate your comments, it is important that we receive honest feedback to help us to maintain our high levels of service. We did indeed try to send you to an alternative interview address however this was rectified within one working hour.
Regarding the 2nd interview attendees, this was a case of business pressures on the project taking precedent, the attendees were changed at short notice and unfortunately ourselves or our hiring manager were not informed so we couldn’t pass on this information to yourself.
