pleased to start with but awaiting further progress
Very efficient early on, once I'd signed the contract it went very quiet. Still waiting for a copy of it and any further contact almost a week later.

Communicate with clients. I received only one unsolicited call in 5 months. I submitted a complaint letter to Connell Customer Care so you can check with them and read the whole sorry story. I will...
