Next day delivery took 5 days

I paid for next day delivery on a Wednesday and received my parcel on Monday I actually spent more on delivery than on the product am not happy at all

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your case and the reason for the delay was an issue with our courier that resulted in your item being sent to the wrong depot. Because your order was placed after our cut-off point for next day delivery on Wednesday, we shipped your order on Thursday for delivery on Friday. As I mentioned above, they sent it to the wrong depot and because they do not do weekend deliveries, your order was delivered on the Monday.

Obviously, you should still have received your order on the Friday, so we are refunding you your P&P. I apologise for the problem with your order and we hope to hear from you again in the future.
