they need to offer combined postage when their postage charge is already high and they said they would refund the second postage charge but they haven't done so YET

Postage was more then the cost of the item ordered! Item was only small and couldve been put in a jiffy bag therefore reducing the cost of postage. I don't normally purchase items with postage costs...
