Good morning, Thank you for your email. First of all i want to say i am sorry for the problem with your order. Your order was refused at the delivery address and was consequently returned to us. Normally we would not refund this until the item arrived back with us or at least handed back to Royal Mail because we have seen instances of orders still being delivered after this. However, because as you said, you are an old customer, we made an exception and refunded you despite us still not receiving this order back. I have also checked that the replacement order you placed was delivered a couple days ago. I want to apologise again for the problem with your order and hope you have a good day. Regards Allcures
