Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I have tracked your order and according to Royal Mail it arrived at your local sorting office on the 4/1/21 and should have been delivered that day. However, it was not sent out. Having spoken to Royal Mail, they have said there has been a covid outbreak in that delivery centre that has meant they have not been able to complete this order as they should have done. I do not want to give out any information about the area you live here so I am going to email you through ebay with a couple options as to how to proceed. I want to apologise for the problem with your order and hope that it has not caused you too great an inconvenience. Regards Allcures

Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I want to take the opportunity to inform you that the only thing in the packaging we used that is not recyclable or biodegradable is the tape used to seal the box. The cardboard box we used to send your order has a clear recyclable sign on it so it can be added to your recycling and the packaging we used to protect the order from damage in transit is called Eco-Flo and is 100% biodegradable. I ordered an item on the 23/12/20 and I still don’t know whether it’s Been dispatched or if it’s even coming When I type the tracking number it doesn’t show anything

The email you received with the tracking number was the despatch confirmation email, however, the tracking method for the postage level you choose only shows when a delivery has been attempted, not where it is in the system. Having tracked it just now, I can see that your order was delivered on the 5th of January. As for the delay in you receiving your order, there was a note when you placed the order saying that we would not be despatching your order until after Christmas as we were closed. We shipped your order on the 29th when we returned to work and your order was delivered on the 5th, 5 working days after we despatched it which is within our estimated delivery time. I am sorry that you felt our delivery was slow, but we did inform you that there would be a delay in despatching your order because of Christmas and bearing in mind bank holidays, your order still arrived on time. Going forward we will try and find a way to make the estimated delivery dates clearer. Regards Allcures
