Hi Murtaza. I am very sorry that you have suffered as a result of receiving your package late. I have looked in to the order, this is the information I have; You were emailed on the 2/1/14 and advised we were out of stock and would be sent to you 9/1/14, 1 week later. This is what happened. We have received no further communication from you. We are happy to pick up the faulty/broken item and are very disappointed that this has happened. I can only guess that the delivery carrier may have mislaid the parcel. Please accept my apologies on behalf of Alert Electrical

thank you for your feedback. You were emailed on the 20th to advise we were out of stock. You were emailed again on 23rd re-advising you of the current situation. We phoned today, you were unavailable. The telephone number is for a website and goes through to the sales team. I have noticed that the email address that we have sent the emails to is a general sales one, it is on your website. Have you checked your spam filter, it is possible that you did not receive the emails? We have 2 Dimplex QXD1500 to offer as an alternative as Creda have said today that they still have no date but we need you to get in touch with us; either web@alertelectrical.com or 0115 8240259 9am - 4pm.
