Good Morning Mr Longhurst Many Thanks for your feedback. Looking at your order I can see that the Inlight Vintage light bulb was the cause for this Negative Feedback. Firstly please accept my apologies for being unable to fulfill this item. This was down to a manufacturing delay on the unit. This range is being removed from our website and replaced with the crompton lamps version which is a better price and an item we can get hold of within 24hours. I can see that you have had this item refunded on the 24/07/2015 but if you would like me to send you details on the crompton version please contact myself so i can have this priced up for you. This delay is a rare occurrence as we do keep a significant amount of stock in our warehouse so that we are able to provide 24hr delivery to our customers. Kind Regards Nathan Swann
