Good Afternoon Mr Butler Please accept my apologies for the delay that caused you to cancel your order. As per our conversation, Tass had a manufacturing delay on this item and could not meet the delivery date they promised ourselves and the date we provided to you. This delay is not something that happens often with these products and steps have been taken to prevent this from happening again. Kind Regards Nathan Swann

Good Morning Andrew Please accept my apologies for this. With regards to the unit you have purchased I will be passing on your comments on to the supplier/manufacture for reasons to why it came without batteries and the incorrect instructions as this is not acceptable for a High end product. I can see that this should have been sent on a DPD 2 day service but was actually sent on a Royal mail 2 day service with no tracking so please accept my apologies for this as this was an error at our end and is not something that occurs often with our shipping to customers. If you would like to contact myself on 01158240259 as I would like to know how poor the packaging on the delivery was so this can be taken up with the packing team and improved for future orders. If you would like me to have these units collected for a refund or an alternative item then please let me know so I can have this arranged for you. Kind Regards Nathan Swann
